Apperception is an immersive spatial exhibition partnered with UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center where the mission is to help art fanatics realize the benefits of mindfulness through the programs of awakening the senses, challenging the responses to an experience by understanding the behavior and finally celebrating the importance of personal choices to help the viewers understand the consciousness of self.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY


When viewing something ambiguous, one questions what they are seeing; being able to interpret or clarify the uncertainty aids in defining their comprehensibility, which innately defines them.
DESIGN INSPIRATION
Psychological research with aesthetics by investigating the perception, production and response to art, as well as interactions with settings that evoke an intense feeling.
